In a unique location is this newly renovated lake cottage with access to its own SPA with sea views! The cottage is located on Lilla Hammarsnäs 22 km outside Höllviken. The area is known for its rich nature and culture. The cottage is approximately 30 square meters (323 square feet) and is equipped with a small kitchenette (stovetop and small oven), a fridge and freezer, a large dining table, and a 160-cm (5' 3") bed, making it suitable for 1–2 people. Towels and bed sheets are included. Access to the spa is included. Cleaning not included. Sauna is not available. Kayaks and rowing boats can be rented The space One room with bathroom. There are no extra rooms. Please respect that this cottage can only accommodate 1-2 people! Extra guests including children of any age are not allowed in this cottage. As with all seaside locations, there may be different insects in certain periods. The window pane is broken due to our children's play, does not affect the stay and is an insurance matter. Check-out instructions Check out is at 10:00 a.m. and please note that cleaning is not included in the price. Please follow the check-out instructions. * Take out the trash, the bins are located by the main road by the black fence *Wipe off kitchen table and chairs * Empty the fridge and freezer of food and wipe down the surfaces * Do your dishes * Wipe off the kitchen for stains, including the cupboard doors * Clean the toilet including wiping off the shower glass * Sweep the floor If the cabin is not left emptied and cleaned, a fee of SEK 1,500 will be charged
