We rent our new house for a relaxing family stay (7 people max). The accommodation is located 300 m from the beach and 300 m from the center of Mimizan Plage. It is bordered by a beautiful forest with bike paths. Wooden terrace, 30 m2, with a small garden decorated with flowers and plants. On the famous Remember Beach, you'll find surf schools. A Disc Golf course is 100 m from the accommodation. We provide (old) bikes with padlocks. The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 living room with a large sofa, 1 toilet, 1 garage, 1 terrace and 1 small garden. 1 master suite on the ground floor with a bathroom and large closet (140 cm bed). The ground floor is air-conditioned. 2 bedrooms upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a desk and a large closet 1 bedroom with a 90 cm mezzanine bed (for 1 child), 1 140 cm bed, 1 desk and 1 closet 1 bathroom with toilet Guest access entire Other things to note new accommodation (2023) We rent to families who respect the calm and the place, wishing to have a quiet stay.
