Welcome good people and furry friends! Enjoy a tiny home style stay in Primrose Garden Cottage. A *240 square foot studio. Complete with all New appliances and authentic vintage touches. We provide all amenities needed to make your stay easy. Enjoy our private garden and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking in our giant circular driveway for boats, trailers, or campers. Open to special requests. We look forward to hosting you. The space A perfect couples retreat. Primrose Garden Studio is a carriage house attached to our home & garage. Set up in the style of a tiny home studio we offer everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Utilizing the 10 foot by 24 foot space in the best way possible to accommodate Short and Long term stays. Pet friendly! Please let us know when booking if you are traveling with pets. Enjoy original art works on display Complete with full sized Laundry machines, a full sized fridge with water and ice maker & oven with 4 burner stove. Primrose Cottage comes fully equipped to whip up any meal you desire. There's a queen memory foam bed. A Twin floor mattress is available by request and when booking your stay for a party of 3. *Please note the size of the space. To fit the twin floor mattress you will need to move the table and chairs out at night. There is an additional charge of $25 for the 3rd guest. We do provide additional sheets pillows and blankets along with the 3rd bed to accommodate a party of 3. Pack and play available by request as well. The entry door is located in a bricked garden enclosure. You will have access to Our private garden space. Have coffee under the trees at the picnic table right outside your door. Enjoy the mossy floor and bird calls. Sling up your hammocks in old growth trees and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Mountain Bikers, Guests are welcome to use our secure shed to store bikes. Have additional people and need extra sleeping space? Add Rose Room under our Profile Listings. Just message us to add this space to your Primrose Garden Studio reservation. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the side yard and/or picnic area in the back yard of our home. Just ask if you need help getting set up! We have a charcoal grill and picnic supplies for your use. The driveway in front of the garage is for Primrose Garden guests. There's a Large circle pull through driveway available by request. Other things to note We love PETS and we do not currently have any:) Primrose Studio is located in a very secure walled in garden enclosure with iron gates. Therefore We are happy to host fluffy with pre- approval. **We charge a small additional $35 CLEANING Fee per pet/ per stay. Just message us with your pet request. We have games! Practice disc golf on our golf basket or play a game of bean bag toss in the yard. We love special requests. Let us know what you need to make your stay extra special. There's another Short term rental located inside our home called Bunny Burrow. It accomadates up to 8 people. Guests in this space use the Garage as their entry way. You may hear people briefly as they come and go and pass through the garage to the main house.
