Also close to all the amenities of the village, mini-super+Oxxo 5min away. The house has Starlink internet and everything you need for short/long stays. Ideal for families or friends looking to relax and enjoy the beaches of Oaxaca in a modern house with garden and pool. The space We built this house because we love the energy of this place. Located in a very quiet part of town, we love the proximity to the beach, the town of Bajos and the city of Puerto Escondido. We are very happy to be able to share this experience with you. We just want to remind you to be respectful of our home. The house has two levels: - the first floor has the living room and kitchen, a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed. - Upstairs is another full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. We have Starlink internet service which allows a high speed and reliable connection to work for example. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Please use the air conditioning in a reasonable way, only when you are in the room to take care of the planet. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator and all the necessary material for cooking. We leave salt, oil, sugar, vinegar, etc. and water bottles at your disposal during your stay. The garden has a pool, an outdoor shower, a hammock, two lounge chairs and table and chairs for meals. The house is "kids friendly" we have small table and chairs for children, crib, dishes and cutlery, games (table, beach and pool games) and books, soccer goal, etc. If you come with children, please let us know their age(s) before your arrival so we can equip the house with the appropriate material. The house does not have water heating, which is normal for the region and the high temperatures all year round. The house is located in a residency, with a gate at the entrance. At the moment, we are the only house, which guarantees a lot of tranquility. The area is very safe. For stays of more than 4 nights, a cleaning is included once a week. If you require more, we will give you the contact of the person in charge so that you can make direct arrangements. We have a washing machine, we only ask that the person responsible for the cleaning is in charge of using the machine. No additional cost will be charged for its use.
