The main bathroom offers comfort and convenience with a separate bath and shower. Take advantage of the beauty this property has to offer from the upstairs verandah, overlooking the water, whilst the downstairs patio leads out to a lakefront lawn where you can make use of the new 6-burner BBQ and enjoy it at the outdoor dining setting. Out here you’ll also find the private jetty which can accommodate a vessel up to the size of a 25 ft deep water boat, and is equipped with its own sink for filleting your catch! However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit. Downstairs, guests will find the convenience of a fully equipped laundry with washer & dryer, an additional toilet, the 4th bedroom and internal access to the secure double garage.
