Sunny Jordaan - 2 Bedroom and Balcony

Located in the heart of Amsterdam, our sunny 2 bedroom apartment in Jordaan is perfect to explore the city. In the lively heart of the city, you are surrounded by cafes, bars and the Amsterdam canals, with the famous Prinsengracht canal at the end of the street. Anne Franks house is an easy stroll, the train station is 10 minutes walk and the central Dam square is also 10 minutes. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, french balcony at the front and a large balcony at rear. This is our private home. The space The property has 2 large bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with a large double/queen. There is a bathroom, with a separate toilet. There is also a large balcony at the back of the apartments with a table and chairs which are great to have dinner on and a Juliet balcony at the front of house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. Important to know This is our house and our primary residence, not a commercial Airbnb and so we do have our personal belongings and items in the wardrobe. That being said, the apartment is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for your stay, as well as room to hang your items of clothing as well as drawers under the bed for use. Check in will be via a key in a lockbox which is attached to a tree directly opposite our apartment. The code will be provided to you prior to check in. No smoking, parties or any kind of drug use. Please remove shoes in the house as we have new wooden floors. Please also be quiet and respectful of our neighbours within the building. This is our primary residence and home so please be aware this will not be a commercial Airbnb - which is not allowed in Amsterdam.
