Description

Welcome to my workshop/photo studio with my artwork. In Paris, close to all shops and transport. With family or for work, the space can be arranged to your liking. You can stay there or use it as an office or reception room (therapist, masseur, producer, coach...), two entrances including one on the street. Ground floor and basement near Jourdain and Pyrenees metro stations, Père Lachaise, Buttes Chaumont, Belleville, nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Expo: South-West, very bright. The space It is first and foremost an artist's studio, so not to be compared with a classic apartment, a little atypical… like artists ;) You will find everything for your comfort: equipped kitchen (microwave oven, small dishwasher, fridge...), air conditioning, sheets, towels, storage, Wi-Fi internet, 160 x 200 king size bed. The ceiling is 3.15 m and the main room faces southwest. The basement is cozy, and you sleep much cooler there (there are fewer waves that pass through). There is a good quality 140 x 200 convertible sofa bed that opens easily. A bathroom, toilet and storage closets. If you prefer to sleep on the ground floor and leave the downstairs room free for your belongings, this is also an option. The 2 beds are retractable, so you can use the space as you wish, whether for professional or personal needs. Noisy parties or events are prohibited. this is my personal workshop, even if cleanliness is a priority, I do not want to receive fussy people or people who are always dissatisfied with details. we are reachable and try to solve all unexpected problems. Be careful of the stairs, although normal, they may be a little rough for people who have weak legs. The works of art are fragile, do not touch them, it could grease and stain the photo paper. (be sure to warn children) There is access through the hallway of the building and/or from the street. All shops are nearby, 3 supermarkets, lots of bars, nice restaurants and very commercial streets. Although concerned about energy consumption as much for the planet as for the price, a small mobile air conditioner is at your disposal. You just have to put the drain pipe out a window. I therefore ask you to use it only in extreme cases and especially when you are present. Like many Parisian buildings, with cellars, a very slight smell of cellar can be felt. Even though there are multiple filters in the workshop, I don't recommend it for people who are hypersensitive to odors, asthmatics etc. Guest access Apart from a few closed cupboards where I store my personal belongings, you will be alone in the workshop and have access to the entire space. Other things to note Please always close the window shutters completely when you leave (remote controlled) and lock with a double turn. To turn off the lights and heaters, but always leave the anti-bacterial air filtration devices on. Registration Details 7512008867513
