We are located in the heart of playa grande a 5 minute walk to the best surf and sunsets in the area and a short drive to Tamarindo. Our home is fully furnished and has a pool, fibre optic wifi, a/c throughout and overnight security. Our home is in the new Grande Salvaje gated community about 500m from Playa Grande beach. The open concept living area opens up to a pool and outdoor patio. The bedrooms come with everything you need to have a good nights rest: new beds and linens, blackout curtains, ensuite bathrooms, and AC. This is our family home and comes equipped with more than your average Airbnb including kitchen supplies, children’s toys, books, keyboard, art supplies, and beach stuff/toys. Our home is in the new Grande Salvaje community in Playa Grande. Highlights of the neighborhood include: - activities: sunsets and surfing at the beach, the skate parks (laRampa and roofTop), tennis/pickle ball (across the street at Playa Grande Community Tennis) nature walks in the national park, crocodile tours, the farm Finca and yoga. - restaurants: Pots and Bowls, El Beach Club, Rip Jack, Casa Iti, ONDA, Huertos, TacoStar, and more down the road in Palm Beach estates including MarAzul, Cafe Canta The road from the airport to the house is paved; you don’t need an suv to get to the house. The beach and several restaurants are located within a 500m radius of our home. You can easily walk to the beach or out for lunch or dinner but there are no sidewalks so I recommend using flashlights (provided) at after dark.
