Description

Nestled near Ted Lasso's famed pub, Kew Gardens, and Richmond Park, our charming Victorian residence is an inviting retreat. Enjoy a private suite with garden access, second bedroom, own shower, and breakfast served daily. We offer optional dinner service and bike rentals to explore nearby Richmond Park. You'll have all the comforts of home in our stylish setting, ideal for groups, families with two - three kids. Let our home be your inspiring getaway in London, Richmond and Kew. The space Welcome to our delightful flat nestled in Richmond. Here's a peek into what you can anticipate from your stay. **Bedrooms** Our home offers a spacious master bedroom on the ground floor, complete with direct access to the garden. It houses a cosy double BoConcept bed with a memory foam mattress, a chest of drawers, hangers, a comfortable chair and a secure safe. Having experienced extensive travel, my fiancé understands the importance of a sound sleep and has meticulously chosen the pillows and duvets for your comfort. The second bedroom, situated one floor above the primary room, comes equipped with a bunk bed, a chest of drawers, and a desk - ideal for kids or adults. If you happen to travel with a party of five or six people we can arrange a third bedroom with a double floor mattress. I use this room for my dresses and for my yoga practice but happy to offer it for larger families and groups. **Kitchen** Feel at home in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with pans, utensils, and tableware - perfect for whipping up your favourite meal. You'll also have your very own compact fridge for any food storage or beverage chilling needs. A lavish breakfast is on us - choose from homemade granola accompanied by Greek yogurt and berries, Kellogg's cereals, oatmeal, toasts, a variety of jams, cheese and ham. You'll also find staples like eggs, milk, coffee, and a selection of Pukka teas. Feel free to enjoy your meals in the kitchen, out on the patio, or in our spacious dining room. ** Dinner** As a formerly chef de partie at a Michelin-starred restaurant, I love cooking. If you wish, I'd be delighted to prepare some of my beloved Ottolenghi dishes, pasta, or pizzas. Recently our guests requested a three course meal service for their family reunion. I made Bruschetta with sweet tomatoes, slow cooked lasagne and tiramisu. **Bathroom** A private bathroom is at your disposal, featuring a refreshing shower and located conveniently in the corridor for your exclusive use. **Hygiene** We ensure the flat is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Being sticklers for hygiene ourselves, our priority is to make you feel safe and content during your stay. **Laundry** We understand the need for washing children's clothes promptly, so feel free to utilise our washing machine, dryer, and drying rack at your convenience. **Garden** Our quaint garden is yours to enjoy. Whether you're in the mood for a BBQ on our 57 cm Weber grill or wish to relax by the fire pit with a cocktail, you'll find our outdoor space delightful. Kids will surely enjoy roasting marshmallows over the fire! **Children** We're more than happy to accommodate families. For toddlers, we provide a travel cot with an anti-allergic mattress, a high chair, child-friendly tableware, and a potty. The bedside projector in the bedroom transforms the room into a whimsical fairy-tale kingdom, perfect for bedtime. **Pets** We have a curious cat who enjoys inviting herself into guest bedrooms. If you're travelling with your own furry friend, we're more than happy to accommodate them. **Socialising** As hosts, we've been fortunate to meet guests from all walks of life. From globetrotters to families to dance schools pupils and short-stay layover guests due to our proximity to Heathrow, we've heard some truly captivating stories over shared glasses of wine. **Important to Know** Access to the flat from the street or garden involves a few steps. Due to our close proximity to Heathrow Airport, there is occasional airplane noise between 6 am and 10 pm. Our house, while charming, is quite old and squeaky, so you might hear us moving about. Rest assured, no spectral presences have been detected so far! As our neighbours appreciate their early bedtimes, we kindly request maintaining quiet after 10 pm. Don't hesitate to drop me a message for any queries or specific requests. We look forward to welcoming you to our humble abode. Guest access Guests will have access to their private rooms and bathroom, a dining room that can double as a workspace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a garden with a patio that seats six. Please note, we reside in the same building on the upper floor During your stay I am readily available to assist with anything you may need during your stay. As an avid cook, I am happy to prepare a delicious dinner for you upon request. Other things to note Please note, we share our home with a friendly cat who mostly keeps to herself. The entrance to the property includes a few steps. The bathroom, dining room, and kitchen are located on the lower ground floor, accessible via a half-flight of stairs.
