Located right next to the bunk room, perfect for a family set up! Bedroom 2: Also located on the 2nd floor, this bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin XL on top and drawer storage. Perfect for teens and kids! The door to the roof deck is through this bedroom, but don't worry, there is a high enough lock if you have children sleeping in this room, they won't be able to open the door. Bedroom 3: Large private bedroom has a king bed, 2 cordless charging bedside lamps, drawer storage and an ensuite full bathroom (1 of 2 full bathrooms). The 2nd full bathroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a soaking tub, spacious walk-in corner shower (big enough to share) and a large vanity with medicine cabinet storage. There is a big closet at the top of the stairs for additional clothing storage for the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Washer and Dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided is located in the basement. Guest access: The entire home and roof deck! Other things to note: -Smoking is not permitted inside or outside (deck and front entry) at any time. -No parties, smoking/vaping or unauthorized guests -We allow dogs but do have breed and size restrictions.
