A little place we call The Boathouse in Topanga!

A quiet and serene space best suited for those looking to relax in a quiet, peaceful, and enlightening environment we call the “Boathouse”. Best suited for a solo traveler or a couple. One trundle sofa bed in the space. Nestled over a creek in the wild of Topanga Canyon! Happy, friendly, positive, respectful guests only. After a recent “guest from hell experience” I feel the need to include this. FYI: ABSOLUTELY NO CIGARETTE SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. FIRE HAZARD IS EXTREMELY HIGH. Thanks! The space Guests are free to use all deck space. TV with Roku, Netflix and wifi is all included. Small gas bbq grill available at request. Kitchen limited to fridge, microwave, flat electric griddle and Keurig (coffee provided). Whatever you need will we try and provide! Thanks! Guest access All outdoor areas. Other things to note CONTACT US FOR 1-NIGHT STAYS AND AVAILABILITY 🙏🏼. Please note this is a studio set in the wild of Topanga Canyon 😉. In the summer, little ants and bugs are an unavoidable reality. We are literally set among the trees and surrounding hill. A little extra effort to keep critters away goes a long way(no food left out, etc). Dry foods are generally ok. Take-out and leftovers should be kept in the fridge or disposed of ASAP. Please ask and we will happily take care of this for you. Pet owners: It’s best to have/store/keep your pet’s food in an airtight container. We can provide one for you if needed. Thank you! Parking in driveway is perfect for small to mid-size cars. Larger cars and SUV’s may have to park up the street a few steps. :)
