House was built in 2017 and is brand new. Everything in house is new. New beds, new TVs, new furniture. 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has a king size bed. 2nd and 3rd bedroom have queen sized beds. Spacious open floor plan upstairs with full kitchen. Downstairs has the 3rd bedroom, a full bath, and a separate living area with TV, X-Box 360s, Firestick, Two Queen sized air mattresses available for extra sleeping. Backyard area with new grill. Large outdoor shower with hot water. The space Approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach. Short Walking distance to pier, restaurants, bars, beach, playground, basketball courts, softball fields, etc.. Kure is a much quieter, laid back place than Carolina Beach. But CB is only a 5 minute drive away. CB has fireworks on Thursday nights, arcades, dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, grocery stores... Also Fort Fisher is less than 5 minutes away and there is a great aquarium there. Also a civil war museum.
