The space Attached to a single family residential home located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a second cul-de-sac in a low-traffic, quiet, owner-occupied, and tidy neighborhood full of fresh green lawns and trees that clean the air (the upper end of Buena Park), this guest suite does not have parking restrictions and is not as crowded or as densely populated as apartments, townhouses, or condos. This means more cleanliness, privacy, safety, and security for your group, especially if you are not from the area. Many former guests are comforted knowing that host is available on-site 24/7 to immediately take care of guest(s)' needs (except when host is on vacation, running errands, and/or attending kids' events). The suite has a king size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and granite vanity. There is a circular white dining table with three red leather chairs, as well as a sink and cabinet spaces, stocked with cooking/diningwares, as well as other kitchen basics with oven. The TV stand with the smart-TV has childrens' books, toys, and a DVD player. There are spaces to hang your clothes, as well as a desk with office chair, a monitor, and desktop for guests who need the space to work or study from home, ideal for working professionals and/or students. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, safe, and friendly. Families with children are comforted to know there are much toys, books, and kid-friendly activities to occupy their children. In addition to advertised amenities, you will get a complimentary clubhouse, available on a first-come, first-served basis. There's a Yamaha upright piano, exercise bike, fridge, coffee table, convertible futon/sofa couch with a smart-TV, extra cabinets for storage, and children amenities i.e. kids' toys and high chair. On top of the clubhouse is an attic that offers extra storage spaces for guests who need the extra space. Out of respect for guests' privacy, our family and/or friends generally do not use exterior spaces that guests are using, unless you have children and would like them to play with our children or you initiate social interactions with our family and/or friends whenever they come over. Many former guests appreciate the family feel, knowing that they have another friendly and kind family next door to watch out for them. This listing offers one of the most AMAZING backyard experience through ample shades of Russian olive trees and the smell of fresh clean air, lavender, and other plants. You can rest under the hammock while watching squirrels, bunnies, and flowers landing on various roses, English ivys, and other climbing plants. It's a tropical paradise away from home. If you have kids, they will love the pool, playground, sand-playing area, swings, trampoline, high-chair, and tons of toys that can be checked out from us (we even provide strollers, bassinette, baby swing, and bouncer for those with infants and/or toddlers!). The Smart-TV with complimentary Netflix and sling cable, with local antennae that offers +1000 channels to stream, keeps kids and other family members entertained while you are working with fast wifi, a desktop with computer monitor, a printer, and a desk. For those tired muscles, you can either turn on those massage jets in your own private bathroom or relax in the pool or spa. Guests who desire some exercise will appreciate the Power Training Machine, other on-site exercise gears, a great neighborhood to jog without fearing for one's safety, or --for those with knee problems-- walk to a running track full of fresh grass. Your pets can freely and safely roam in our fenced backyard, as long as you clean after them! Being in the end of a cul-de-sac within a cul-de-sac within walking distance from Cypress College, this UNIQUE location offers a great location for joggers, pets, and/or kids due to ample space, quiet neighborhood, and safe location. And extra bonus--5 minutes from Knott's Berry Farm or downtown Buena Park mall, 20 minutes from Disneyland or beaches, and lots of other amusement parks. Although cooking is limited to portable hot plates/induction stove, pots, and pans, you'll be provided with everything you need to cook, dine, and store food. Since we live next-door, just ask us for anything you'll need during your stay, and most likely, we'll have them for you! Central AC is awesome, but it's shared with host's family. The ability to control the thermostat is available through a downloadable app and an e-mail. Need a place to hang out or socialize? On a first-come, first-served basis, patio furnitures next to the pool, a firepit table, tables and chairs underneath the trees, or a clubhouse are all available for guests to hang out with family members and/or friends. The extra room has its own lock, which guests can request exclusive use, as long as it's available with advance notice. There are also plenty of foldable tables, chairs, and storage areas available. If you appreciate occasional human interaction with host from other parts of the country or world, while simultaneously be kept safe and privacy respected through a private entry and a secure lock, look no further. We are a local Vietnamese family available as needed. Since we work from home and homeschool our children, you'll have immediate access to us if something breaks down during your stay, and we'll be able to respond to you immediately (unless we're out of town due to family vacation, errands, or kids' activity); furthermore, we watch our property 24/7 to make sure no bad actor enters the listing. Out of respect for guests' privacy and possible sensitivity to Covid, we do not initiate interaction without guest initiation. This means we generally stay away from areas guests use. Parking is very safe and secure due to our extremely vigilant neighbors. The property is hidden at the end of the cul-de-sac within another cul-de-sac, so you'll see people walking their dogs, children playing outside (even without parents watching!) We do have two bunnies that freely roam in our backyard, so guests must keep the fence tightly closed at all times. You will occasionally see wild animals i.e. butterflies, birds, beetles, lizards, squirrels, ducks, opossums, and sometimes raccoons. Due to high fences surrounding the property, we have not encountered any coyotes. Guest access With advance requests, guests can access host's full indoor kitchen which includes a full-range stove, oven & dishwasher combo; this means there is no full indoor kitchen in this listing for your exclusive use. Cooking, Power Tower Training Machine, dining, toys, and laundry facilities are available on-site. All exteriors (i.e. patio furnitures, pool & spa use, playground, etc.) are possibly shared or can be used exclusively with advance requests, available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no extra charge to use the pool or exterior amenities, but there is an additional charge to heat the pool and/or spa. Each spa use is $45. There is a one time $100 pool heating fee, with an additional $25 daily fee to use heated pool; you are required to put the pool cover back after each use. Other things to note The suites have three Refrigerators, portable hot plates and/or stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee pot, Instapot, rice cooker, slow cooker, hot plates, Cooking ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils, smart TVs with roku, desk & computer monitor, printer, & WiFi, blender, food processor, bread making machine Washer&Dryer with Detergent available inside the unit upon your arrival; once they are out, you will be responsible for supplying the rest. -The cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking. -YOu will have two parking spots on the driveway, exclusive for your group. The suites are ideal for guests who simply need a safe backyard for your pets or kids, and a safe, secure, and quiet place to settle down, sleep, eat, and work. You will have your own desktop and printer, with fast wifi, desk, and office chair. Although there is no full indoor kitchen (i.e. full-range stove/oven combo) exclusive for guests' use, we will provide everything you need to cook, dine, and wash your dishes, including cabinets and your own countertop spaces. Your fridge is stainless steel. We do have two bunnies who freely roam around the backyard, so please keep gate closed at all times. Our trees and plants attract lots of squirrels, beetles, birds, butterflies, lizards, and other wild animals, so it's super ideal for nature-lovers. Many guests appreciate the comfort of an on-site host for extra security and for immediate assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly. For families with young children and/or pets, we have lots of toys and other kid-friendly amenities to keep them occupied, but guests are responsible for supervision of their children at all times. Our kids are homeschooled, so you might see them hanging out or doing schoolwork outdoors. You will share the washer and dryer with our family; you'll be provided your own garage opener to access washer and dryer. Respecting guests' time and social comfort distance, our family generally stay away from areas guests use. Quiet hours are 9pm to 6am, with the exception of sick kids. Due to shared walls, you might possibly hear social noises outside of quiet hours. Due to our strict house rules, we have historically attracted very respectful, professional, and quiet-loving guests, so this listing is not ideal for a rowdy atmosphere. Professionals and families with lots of tender loving care for their children and families are most ideal. We have two bunnies that freely roam in our backyard during daylight hours, so it's crucial guests keep the fences closed at all times.
