The space This is a full separate apartment above our carriage house. The apartment has a kingsize bed and sleeper sofa on the first floor. On the second floor there is a Queen Bed and 1/2 bath. There is no door to the 2nd floor room. There is access via stairs. There is no visual line of sight from the first floor to the 2nd floor. It is 100% private but there is no door. The kingsize bed and sofa on the first floor are in a alcove on the floor open to the kitchen. There is no door on the alcove. This apartment is good for a family or two couples. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment and backyard. You are welcome to sit outside an grill. Local beaches, Tappen, SeeCliff and Jones Beach We also are happy to store you bags in the basement if needed
