Here you have plenty of space in the middle of the countryside around a cozy house, you are quickly by car or train in Lüneburg and can spend nice days in the heath. Our house is not an anonymous apartment. Here you will find a cozy oasis with many opportunities to relax or be active. It is only a few hundred meters to the train station to Lüneburg. There are many corners where you can enjoy sun or shade depending on the time of day. In summer you can grill on our large terrace and drink tea in winter in front of the oven. Children have plenty of space to play here. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to Lüneburg or Hamburg, your bike rides or activities on the Ilmenau. e-bikes can easily be loaded. Want to work focused for a few days? This is the place for you. There is a workspace and we have fiber optic. You live in the green, but are central and have all the supplies within walking distance. On the ground floor is a living-dining room with TV and oven. There is also a toilet with washing machine. The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, stove and large freezer. Here you will find coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press and of course kettle and toaster. There is also a high chair. Upstairs are three bedrooms. All can be completely darkened. One bedroom has a king size bed in 1.60 x 2.00. Two one 90 bed each. One can be pulled out with an extra mattress so there are enough sleeping options (see photos). And there is a cot of 1.60. A baby cot is provided. In the upper floor there is also a bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, bathtub and underfloor heating. In the outdoor area there is a lot of meadow, terraces with garden furniture, a climbing frame, garden toys, a football meadow, a trampoline, two sand crates, a gas grill and a parking space. In the house you will find QR codes to Google Maps lists with excursion destinations and Komoot collections with routes for cycling and hiking. No smoking inside the property and the immediate vicinity. We asksmokers to use the bike shelter. Pets are also not allowed due to allergies. We cater to private travelers.
