The space This spacious, 3,000+ square foot home features four bedrooms, 4 beds and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms; making it easy to accommodate 8 people maximum. The house features: A downstairs primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom (with a Jacuzzi tub!), while the other three bedrooms are situated on the second floor. All bedrooms include ceiling fans, high quality linens and plenty of closet space. (Owners have a portion of the large walk-in primary closet closed off, but still plenty of space available in the walk-in closet with accessible shelf space, drawers, and rolling clothes rack to hang your clothing). Polished outdoor living spaces; inclusive of a huge covered front porch with ceiling fan and swing, as well as a back porch with eating area, grill and fenced in yard. A fully stocked kitchen and pantry, dining room, mud room and laundry room with a deluxe washer and dryer. A space for some quiet time in the upstairs living room; featuring a cozy sectional couch and 55” TV. Guest access Guests will have access to everything this home offers, except the garage. Parking for 4 cars is available in driveway or on the street in front of the home. Other things to note THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE TOWN OF MT. PLEASANT! Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
