The surrounding area offers numerous premium hiking trails that allow you to explore the beauty of nature. Visit the famous Saar Loop or take a trip along the picturesque Mosel. The space The apartment extends over a generous 70sqm above the garage in a complete half of the house and has its own entrance. Due to the solid construction and modern architecture, you can enjoy complete tranquility and nature in the vacation apartment. Washing machine and dryer in the house – free use possible upon request. The vacation apartment itself is furnished with great attention to detail and offers you all the comfort you desire. The large, open living area features a comfortable, electrically extendable sofa bed for 2 people, a Smart TV, and a dining area for 6 people. In the living area, a state-of-the-art air conditioning system is installed, which provides cozy warmth in the winter and pleasantly cool temperatures in the summer – so the entire apartment always has a pleasant temperature, regardless of the current outside climate. The open, fully equipped modern kitchen with stove and oven invites you to cook. It also has a large refrigerator with freezer section, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine with milk frother, dishes and cutlery for 6 people, and high-quality cooking utensils. A basic supply of spices is also available. The modern, well-equipped, daylight-filled bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower and a toilet. The separate bedroom is furnished with a generous box spring bed (200x200cm) and offers you restful nights. The skylight offers a beautiful view of the starry sky in the evenings. A small storage room provides additional storage space. The floor is laid with high-quality parquet and tiles, giving the apartment a stylish ambiance. Towels, dish towels, and bed linen, toilet paper, and kitchen roll as well as soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are, of course, provided. Additionally, the apartment will be prepared with an initial supply of coffee machine capsules for each guest, so you can start your vacation with a cup of coffee and enjoy the unique view and tranquility. As an added highlight, our guests have their own terrace area with grilling facilities and seating for 4 people.
