Ostoja is located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful corner of Warmia, at the very gates of the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest, just 5 km from the exit from the E7 road, 12 km from Olsztyn. A real rarity, especially for nature lovers, because wild life is just behind the fence. In spring, you will relax listening to bird concerts, in summer you will swim in crystal clear forest lakes, and in autumn you will see a unique spectacle, which is the rutting season, and you will stock up on mushrooms for the whole winter. The space People say that once you come to Kaborno, you will always come back. What creates the unique atmosphere of our village? Perhaps it is the fact that it is extremely quiet and peaceful here - the asphalt road ends at the old railway station and then we have a stretch of gravel road from which we admire the view of Lake Linowskie, we drive through the forest and beautiful meadows surrounding Kaborno. Leaving the forest, we are surprised, because it would seem that the area here will be flat, meanwhile, in front of us there is a view of charming hills and valleys, crossed by a local stream. We drive through the village, pass old, historic houses, chapels, beautiful old trees. If we take a wrong turn and turn right at the old bus stop, we will reach the fish ponds and the Traditional Warmia Smoker of Jarek Parol, where we can stock up on fresh and delicious fish. Keeping to the road on the left side of the stop, we will leave Kaborno, pass the Gaja Forestry Lodge, where interesting workshops and meetings take place, and turn to Wygoda. Now we go a bit along the recreational area of the State Forests, we pass two mighty Grandmothers Willows and we are already looking for a sign on the left side of the road directing us to the Mazuchy Forestry and the Forest Refuge Silence. Do not be surprised if a badger, fox, roe deer or a herd of deer crosses your path, it is everyday life here, so eat carefully. Before the young spruce forest begins, we turn left and we are already in our wonderful, fragrant clearing in the middle of the forest. Time to rest... Guest access The offer concerns the rental of an attic in a building where there is a second apartment on the ground floor. In addition to 3 bedrooms, our guests have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and terrace overlooking the forest. In the attic there are 4 single beds, 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
