Food trucks & Live music. • Close to shops, dining, and the waterfront — everything you need within minutes. ⸻ The Space: Little Blue features an open-concept living room and kitchen, plus a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The cozy bedroom includes a queen-size Murphy bed and space for your personal items. The home has been recently renovated for your comfort. ⸻ Amenities: • Fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea bar: traditional coffee maker, Keurig, French press, grinder, matcha whisk, blender, electric kettle, and all standard cookware and utensils. • Pantry basics including spices, herbs, and oil for cooking. • Complimentary phone chargers for guest use. • Seasonal outdoor seating and a fire pit with wood provided. (Season defined as May 1 – Nov 1) • Wi-Fi and Roku TV for streaming and relaxing. ⸻ Comfort: • Gas wall heating unit with thermostat • Window A/C unit (seasonal) • Ceiling fan in bedroom + portable fan • Air purifier provided ⸻ Bathroom Essentials: You’ll find everything you need: soap, shampoo, lotion, toothpaste, razors, hairdryer, and more. Shower features a filtered shower-head, and a teak bench for seating as needed, or desired. ⸻ Water: The home runs on double filtered well water — safe to drink and gentle on skin. Bottled water is also provided for your convenience. ⸻ Security: For everyone’s safety, there are outdoor security cameras monitoring the driveway and yard perimeter only. No indoor cameras are present. There also super sonic light and sound sensors around perimeter to deter large animals from entering the yard. ——- Pets: We are happy to accommodate - 1 - pet (dogs only) with a nightly fee. Be sure to select that you are bringing a pet with you when completing your booking. Dog rules; • We request that you use the provided pet sofa cover at all times. • You may not leave the dog unattended at any time indoors or out. • Must be crated if you leave the home. • Clean up of all dog waste Isa given… an extra daily fee will be added to your stay if we discover waste left behind. Guest access Guests booked through Airbnb have exclusive use of the entire home and yard, with the exception of the loft. *Loft is not for guest use. Please note: • Additional visitors must be approved by the host. • Do not access the sheds or the neighboring homes. • Park only in the designated parking area (no parking on grass). Other things to note -Occupancy: 2 Adults Max. *Unsuitable for guests with small children. -The timezone change is nearby, so may flip flop on your phone or computer. -Cell service may be spotty. (It’s the U.P. eh!) -We use a on-demand hot water heater. In the mornings when it’s cold out it may take a minute to kick on (like most of us) *note the home has well water so it’s normal for some discoloration. -Please be aware of the septic and do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper. -Please do not rearrange furniture or remove indoor furniture/items from the home for outdoor use. –Our cleaners are meticulous, but given the location, it is possible that before or during your stay, that an insect, unaware of Airbnb protocol, may find its way into the house! Rest assured the place is exceptionally clean and well cared for. Additionally if you leave the door open you can expect these visitors. It is the U.P. after all .. -You may dispose of any garbage in the cans provided outside, and please use metal tin for cigarette waste. -Hunting&Fishing: There is no hunting allowed on our acreage. Additionally you may not clean your fish on site, especially since we have a local bear.
