The space This Chrysler building view room is an enormous sunny west-facing room with queen size bed, desk, drawers lamp, individual A/C-heat unit and very large closet space on a high floor in a 3 bedroom apt with two bathrooms. The building is an exquisite luxury high-rise near Tudor City with amenities includes 24/7 doorman, security cameras, elevators, big laundry room in the building and kick-boxing gym in the basement. The apartment includes high speed wireless Internet/WiFi, and 2 full bathrooms (master bathroom is separate from guest bathroom). Really nice, quiet and professional roommate(s). Blankets, sheets and a pillow are provided but you are welcome to bring your own-as you prefer. Hot water is constant in this luxury high-rise. And elevators are very private as there are only 3 apartments per floor. Regular cleaning service includes weekly vacuuming. Grand Central subway station is two blocks walk which will give you quick and cheap accesses to the entire city. Citibikes are available 50 feet away from our lobby. Both local, express, cross town and Metro North trains available at this station. The U.N. is half a block away. Tudor Park is on the same street. Times Square is less than a 4 minutes ride by subway! Crosstown buses are super close on 42nd street. Roommate is a start-up executive with very little time and prefers to maintain a clean, quiet and sophisticated living environment. The neighborhood is very safe, international, clean and professional. Plenty of restaurants; 3 of the best Japanese restaurants are on the same street - Sushi Yasuda, Tsushima, Soba Toto or Sakagura, Portuguese, Turkish, Italian, Pizza, plenty of Starbucks, health food and juice, Clarke's Standard Burgers, Chinese, Mexican, 5 Steak restaurants (The Capital Grille, Palm 1, Palm Too, Sparks, Ben & Jacks, Padre Figlio). Please note 1) there is a new LED flatpanel TV with Xbox 360 in the room and 2) there is enough space for 4 guests with tons of shopping so I've used one of the closets it may be unavailable to guests for use at present. But the rest of this enormous room is usable and it has plenty of reading material on the bookshelf :) Guest access Guest Bedroom, Kitchen, Guest Bathroom, Building Laundry Room, Building Lobby, Elevators, and limited access to Building Atrium (garden). During your stay Would prefer minimal interaction as I have too much work. However, I can't help but be friendly, inviting and helpful as it is in my nature. ;-) Other things to note This is a very private, exclusive and quiet building.
