This is it! Plan your getaway at this cozy condo steps from the beach! Unit C8 is in the 2nd row, 2nd floor of the Breakers condo on the north end of Carolina Beach. On site parking is included in your stay. Public beach access is a 1/2 block away. A Keurig coffee machine, linens on bed, towels, utensils, pots/pans. Wifi included. A queen bed and a double futon in the living room. Stairs only no elevators. NO Pets. You have access to the entire condo. Pool on premises, opened per HOA. The space I will provide access code to electronic door lock. Parking permits will be inside apartment, please put in car window when parked in lot. Please make sure to leave the permits when your reservation is over. There is a $50.00 replacement fee HOA charges. Guest access Public beach access is approx 1/2 block, across parking lot, across a small street. Carolina Beach center of town is approx 1mile. Freeman Park access is on the end of Canal Drive, additional fees to enter park must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Other things to note Beach access is close, cross the street through the parking lot to access. NEW - we now have bicycles available to use in addition to other beach paraphernalia such as beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys.
