The Alexandria

Newly built apartment centrally located in Kingston. The Alexandria is luxurious, clean, calm and has 24hr security. The apartment is close to a supermarket, gas station, Burger King, KFC, Popeyes, and a newly built plaza. The apartment is light and good for taking photos. Our balcony is fitted with greenery specifically designed for a photo moment. You can enjoy our rooftop infinity pool. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer and everything you need for laundry purposes. The space ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS ALLOWED Guest access Parking: Guests have access to 2 dedicated parking spaces (both labeled P4). Please use only these assigned spots to avoid towing or inconvenience. Rooftop Pool Hours: 12 PM – 8 PM. Please plan your pool time within these hours Kindly be advised that laundry facilities are reserved for guests staying more than 3 nights. Guests on shorter stays will not have access to the washroom area. Other things to note A $300 fine will be charged for smoking and vaping or violating house rules. Do not remove blankets, towels, sheets, pillows, blow dryers, irons or anything that is not complimentary. The complex is a residential space so the no unnecessary noise. Do not park in any spaces not labeled P4. There is no guest parking, however guests can park outside the complex. No partying is allowed. $500 fine for hosting of parties.
