Our balcony is fitted with greenery specifically designed for a photo moment. You can enjoy our rooftop infinity pool. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer and everything you need for laundry purposes. The space ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS ALLOWED Guest access Parking spaces labeled P4 The rooftop pool until 8pm Other things to note A $300 fine will be charged for smoking and vaping or violating house rules. Do not remove blankets, towels, sheets, pillows, blow dryers, irons or anything that is not complimentary. The complex is a residential space so the no unnecessary noise. Do not park in any spaces not labeled P4. There is no guest parking, however guests can park outside the complex. No partying is allowed. $500 fine for hosting of parties.
