This unique property offers two separate houses, providing a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fully stocked with everything you need, this accommodation is designed to cater to both adults and children. Guests will have direct access to the Wisconsin River for endless water-filled thrills. Please note guests only have access to the 30 ft walking path to the river. The land on both sides of the walking path is privately owned. The main house is thoughtfully designed as an adult haven, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. With its cozy ambiance and well-appointed amenities, it offers a perfect sanctuary for unwinding after a day of adventures. Guest access Both houses offer exclusive access through their own private entrances via the main doors. Guests will receive a unique code to effortlessly enter each section of the house through the automated locks provided. Guests have access to the 30ft walking path to the Wisconsin River, but DO NOT have access to the land on either side of the walking path as it is privately owned. Other things to note ATV User Note: All Juneau County lettered roads are County roads and are open to ATV/UTV use. With the exception of the following: CR HH from SR82 to 26th Ave Lyndon Station is NOT open. CR HH from CR J to Sauk County Line is NOT open. CR G in Necedah from St Mary’s Way to the entrance to Rocky Road Ice Cream is NOT open. Do NOT go from 37th St to Buckhorn G on SR 58. IMPORTANT: Please contact the host if you are looking to bring motorized vehicles. Also note that there are specific property lines on site that must not be crossed if approved to bring motorized vehicles. Guests only have access to the 30ft walking path that leads to the Wisconsin River. The land on both sides of the walking path is privately owned. Please do not trespass. Boat Owners Note: There are a few public boat launch areas located near the property: Castle Rock County Park (closest), Castle Rock Dam Boat Launch, Yellow River Boat Access, Buckhorn Launch-Castle Rock Lake, and Launch D on Castle Rock Lake. Swimming in the river is at your own risk. No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
