All forms of smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed in or around the cabin, including decks and property. No pets allowed. Please review House Rules in the Things to Know section for full house rules. Cleanliness is a top priority for us. All surfaces, high touch areas, and floors are thoroughly cleaned to provide you with the accommodations you deserve for your family. Rest well knowing all linens including blankets and the top comforters are washed in between guests. Yes, this takes a lot more time and effort than 95% of Airbnbs, but it's what we would want in a vacation rental. Safety: Cabin has 7 smoke alarms, 3 carbon monoxide alarms, 4 fire extinguishers, and a security camera on the front porch (records when movement is detected). Other things to note Our guests have access to all the amenities Big Canoe provides. Most amenities other than the hiking trails do require an additional fee, and this is not included in your booking rate. Amenities include swimming, hiking/walking trails, biking, fishing, boating, golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, beach club, paddle board, paddle boat, canoe, kayak, gym, heated pool, sauna, and clubhouse dining.
