Welcome to the traditional and spacious; Beechwood Park House, located in the vibrant City of Newport but in a quiet part of town with park views and off street parking. Our cosy and comfortable home has four beautiful bedrooms which sleeps up to 7 guests, one of the rooms is on the ground floor for a more accessible space. It boasts a large open plan kitchen-diner with bi-fold doors out to spacious deck and garden and the house has been lovingly decorated and inspired by Laura Ashley. Please note we do not provide linen. High chair also at the property. We operate a minimum age policy of 25 for the lead guest. Please ensure you comply with this house rule as we may require proof of identification. Pet free home due to family allergy. We do not accept parties or events. Please send us a message beforehand if you want to discuss a group booking. Visiting guests are not allowed unless agreed beforehand. Cleaning Fee Policy We kindly remind all guests that the cleaning fee you pay is designated to prepare the property for your stay. This includes linen hire and adhering to enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for every guest. However, paying a cleaning fee does not eliminate the expectation that the property be left in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout. To respect the property and future guests, we ask that you: Use the dishwasher for dishes. Dispose of waste in provided black bags. Basic cleaning materials are provided for your convenience to help you maintain cleanliness during your stay.
