Explore the Paul Bunyan State Trail and the Cuyuna paved trails and mountain biking trails. The Brainerd area has something for everyone to enjoy! The space Feel relaxed and welcome you as soon as you walk in the door! Enjoy 3.5 acres of quiet woods and a sandy beach with shallow entry and dock. Three level lake home, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and large deck w/gas grill and outdoor dining. Enjoy an amazing sunset, closing out your evening with smores at the campfire! The Space: Beautiful view of the lake as you relax and enjoy time with family or friends. North Long is a very popular lake know for its clear water and a shallow, mostly sandy shoreline (all lakes have weeds!). Main floor includes Kitchen with all your cooking essentials, island with two stools and dining table. This area flows into the family room with vaulted ceiling and lakeside windows for gazing at the lake. There is one bedroom on the mail floor: bunkbeds (double lower and twin upper). The bunkbed room has a full size bathroom. Large mudroom with shared bathroom and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Upper level has a quaint loft with a sitting area to view the lake and amazing sunsets! Up here you walk thru double doors into a large master bedroom with a king bed and half bathroom. Image each morning walking out of this bedroom looking out at the lake and grabbing a cup a coffee to lounge in the loft area. Lower level has an additional family space for playing games, cards, cribbage, or putting together a puzzle. There are two bedrooms (Queen bedroom and two twin bedroom) in the lower level with a separate shared bathroom. Outdoor firepit with seating and split fire wood available minimal cost.
