Tiny house in the woods, sounds of nature. Off grid w/ no wifi, yet close to dining, shopping & the beaches. We are also close to Delaware turf & sports at the beach, along w/ Dogfish Head Brewery. You'll wake up (& sometimes go to sleep) w/ the sounds of our rooster Bruce, & be greeted by our friendly cat Mittens. We do live on site and happy to answer any questions, point you in the right direction for dinner. We have an in law suite available on property too if having additional guests. The space Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this tiny house with a boho twist. Our tiny house sleeps 3 with a queen bed in the loft & twin bed down below. As pictured the “ladder” to the queen bed can be a little intimidating with fold down foot holes, but once you get the hang of it you should be good to go. Note: You do need upper and lower body strength to climb up there. Fridge & freezer provided along with a kitchen sink, microwave, & keurig with k-cups. Relax & unwind while off grid with no wifi, (and sometimes little cell service) but enjoy a movie with the TV, DVD player & select movies available or play a board game provided. Full bath with shower. All linens & soaps provided. Our tiny house does come with a tiny hot water heater of 5 gallons making for a nice quick hot shower. We do live on the property with a friendly cat named Mittens & about 40 egg laying chickens. Our rooster Bruce doesn’t know morning from evening so you could hear him several times a day. We are 20-40 minutes from multiple beaches including Broadkill, Lewes and Rehoboth. We are also close to Delaware turf and sports at the beach. Dogfish Head Brewery is the next town over. We welcome you to make use of the sweat tent on property. Heats up to 180 degrees within 10 mins of lighting the wood stove.
