Our Tiny Home is anything but ordinary and is filled with all of the amenities of a normal home. Incredible Properties, the home of Incredible Tiny Homes, is filled with unique and custom tiny homes (200+). Nestled by Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains, and Pigeon Forge -Tiny Towne is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big cities - with the perfect opportunity for a day trip to enjoy nearby hiking, amusement parks, lakes, rivers, shopping and so much more! The space The Tiny Home is TINY - 128 square feet to be exact - but filled with all of the amenities of home. There is a full size daybed, bathroom with a toilet and 36” shower, kitchenette filled with appliances, and a TV with a DVD player. Starlink WI-FI is present and connected to the TV, but signal can vary. If you are familiar with Incredible Tiny Homes, our home is an 8x16 Incred-I-box. It is constructed with the "original" engineered steel panels. We have completed all DIY projects ourself - so it is not perfect, but made with so much love! We love our home, and take pride in being able to host our guests. Your experience matters to us - and we want you to feel at home in our home. No guaranteed WIFI. NO CABLE. There is limited cell service depending on your provider. T-Mobile has virtually very limited service on the property. We will not refund stays due to inconveniences for this. Please do not book the property if this will be an issue. We do share a WiFi network with our neighbors and will provide login details for guests, but make no promises on its functionality. Guest access The home (minus loft space) and outside sitting and parking area. Feel free to enjoy the 34 acre property as well - just be respectful of the neighbors and their property. Incredible Properties has 230+ unique homes on their 34 acres. Guests are encouraged to take a walk on the Milligan Mile and through the Beach, Forest, Grove, and Prairie communities to see the different homes and properties the residents have created! Picnic tables and sitting areas are present throughout the property to enjoy. Other things to note Please note there is *NOT guaranteed WiFi* in the home, and cell service can be spotty in the area depending on your provider. (There is no signal on the property with T-Mobile - we have had good luck with Verizon - unsure with other providers.) We are trying Starlink WI-FI with our neighbors. There is absolutely no guarantee it will work, but some guests have had some success with it and have been able to use it with limitations. No microwave in the home. Conveniently located by Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Guests have enjoyed being able to enjoy all the nearby outdoor recreational activities the area has to offer like boating, fishing, kayaking, zip lining and more! No additional cleaning fees. No pet fees. No extra fees. We love sharing our home. We try to charge as little as possible. Your pets are welcome. You can smoke outside the house.
