Spend a day at the popular Sand Hollow Reservoir and off road ATV area, or neighboring Quail Creek Reservoir, both within 5 miles. A picturesque drive through Zion's National Park is only 35 minutes away, and downtown St. George is only 25 minutes away. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The space This beautiful little tiny cottage is located in a clean RV park close to gas stations and Walmart and Grandpa's Pond Park. It sleeps six people with one queen bedroom, a pullout couch, and two twins in the loft area. It has a small well equipped kitchen for basic use, and a full bathroom. Bring the little ones and enjoy a small loft play area. The home has plenty of parking around it for trailers or off road vehicles. Guest access As a guest in our tiny cottage, you have access to the full space, and plenty of parking.
