Private room in sea view townhouse

Centrally located townhouse with easy access to both the seafront and city centre. Enjoy the sea view from the private double bedroom with large en-suite and be on the beach within 3 minutes. Walk in the opposite direction and within minutes you are in the city with it's array of cafes, bars and restaurants. The space The house has it's own private street entrance so feels secure and quiet. There is a large spiral staircase up to the first floor and 5 steps down into the external courtyard. The room has a double bed with linen and towels provided. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided in the room. The large en-suite contains a self-contained shower and a large bath. The door into the bedroom is a folding door as seen in the pictures. Downstairs is fairly open plan, which you would walk through to access the stairs and up to the bedroom. Guest access Access is limited to the bedroom and en-suite. Other things to note The household at times has a dog present- a small and very friendly pug. Myself and my partner Richard will be present during stays. There is plenty of on-street parking available outside of the property. You can use the local pay and display or you can purchase visitor permits from us for £9 per day.
