The oceanfront access feature sandy beach frontage and all of the decks have a view of the open North Atlantic Coast. There is a dining room set up for 10 people and an additional dining table/game table for 6 in the adjoining living room. There is a closet full of extra blankets, sheets and pillows of different styles to meet everyone's personal taste. There is a stone firepit outside and plenty of firewood for your use. In the town of Lubec there is a seasonal floating dock in town located on Johnson’s Street. The dock features a 2 hour tie-up and loading zone -- no overnight tie-ups permitted.
