Bright lighting makes it easy to get ready in the morning, or soak in the tub in the evening. 🔥 Outdoor Delight Step outside onto the spacious deck, where a seating area invites you to unwind with your favorite book or a cup of coffee. The backyard features a crackling fire pit and a BBQ grill, perfect for gathering with loved ones for memorable evenings under the stars. 🚗 Parking Please note that parking is street-only, providing convenient access with 1 parking space to the property while keeping the space open for guests to enjoy. Guest access 🔑 For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you! 📲 For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
