At your fingertips, you’ll be able to walk to RiNo, Downtown, Coors Field, Denver Convention Center, Union Station, and Denver’s most popular Larimer Street, featuring countless restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques. A short drive to I-25 & I-70 to attend a concert at Redrocks or hit the trails for a hike. The space The converted loft features an abundance of natural light that highlights the oversized rooms with 14-foot ceilings and industrial finishes. The spacious property gives guests the opportunity to comfortably socialize on the private rooftop deck overlooking downtown or the open first floor that features a kitchen that faces the living room and dining table, so everyone is included in the fun! Whenever you’re ready to hit the hay, guests can retreat to any of the 3 private bedrooms for some peace and quiet. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space throughout their stay. Other things to note Please Note: The loft is located in an urban environment at the crossroads of downtown and Curtis Park. There are a number of homeless shelters and unhoused individuals located in the downtown neighborhood. If you are uncomfortable with urban environments as described, we recommend you find other accommodations. Please reach out if you have further questions. -Maximum group size: 6 -No parties, no events, no outside visitors allowed. If any of these rules are broken, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund. -No Children allowed due to the industrial nature of the space is not conducive to children.
