Ferm'a Jacq – SAINT-REMY-EN-BOUZEMONT, SAINT-GENEST-ET-ISSON The space Less than 10 minutes from the water sports activities of Lake Der and the many beaches, 14 km from Vitry-le-François and 28 km from Saint-Dizier for nearby towns, you will stay in a quiet village in a former farmhouse that has been completely renovated for your comfort and that of your loved ones. The gîte, with no one opposite, consists of an enclosed courtyard designed for relaxation, with a gazebo for shelter. The ground floor has an entrance with laundry area, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a bay window that provides direct access to the courtyard. Upstairs, a hallway leads to a bathroom with toilet as well as 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed and a baby bed in one of them, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. An internet connection is available in the gîte, as well as a good 4G connection. The price includes linens (beds made on arrival) The price does not include: Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning at €60 Electricity, the consumption of which will be charged according to the readings taken upon your entry and exit Options: Bathroom linen (bath towel + hand towel + washcloth) can be provided upon request at a price of €5 per person A discount is possible for tourist stays of 14 or 21 nights.
