The space Less than 10 minutes from the water sports of Lake Der, 14 km from Vitry-le-François and 28 km from Saint-Dizier, you will stay in a quiet village in a fully renovated old farmhouse for your comfort and that of your loved ones. On the occasion of the Olympics, you can take the train from Vitry station and in less than 2 hours you are in Paris and you can do a round trip in the day. Nautical events in Vaires-sur-Marne, 2 hours by car. The cottage consists of a closed courtyard and not overlooked, furnished for relaxation, with an arbor for shelter. The ground floor has an entrance with a laundry area, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (with direct access to the courtyard). Upstairs, a hallway serves a bathroom with toilet as well as 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed of 160 as well as a baby bed in the first bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. Electricity is included within reasonable limits: beyond an average of more than 18 kWh, one euro per additional kWh will be requested at the end of your stay. An internet connection is available in the gîte as well as a good 4G connection. The price includes sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. A discount is possible for tourist stays of 14 or 21 nights, consult the booking service or the owner.
