On the top floor there are 4 additional bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including a master suite with home office, walk-in closet and custom rain shower with vies of the falls. Wineries, breweries and distilleries fill the area as well as apple orchards & pumpkin patches when in season. Renowned Catamount, Hunter, Windham ski mountains are only a 25-45 minute drive. Hiking, horseback riding & bike trails abound in Dutchess County as does world-class climbing in nearby Minnewaska & Sundown wild forest. For a big adventure in the Summer, go tubing on class III rapids in Phoenecia.
