A & M Ranch invites you to kick back and relax on our private, 40 acre ranch in Madera County, not far from National Parks (Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Near the Madera Wine Trail, hiking trails, and even a few casinos. The Ranch feels remote and private. Yet is only four miles to Fresno with shopping and restaurants. Within an hour from Bass, Millerton, Shaver fresh-water lakes for summer swimming, boating, skiing, fishing and other super fun water activities. Near the Madera Wine Trail, hiking trails, and even a few casinos. AIRBNB has only one choice for us to put as a room or entire space, there is NO ROOM, this is for RV only. I really wish they'd fix that description. The Ranch feels remote and private. Yet is only four miles to Fresno with shopping and restaurants. After a day filled with adventure or ultimate relaxation, be sure to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the meadow. The evenings blanket guests with a sea of stars and are filled with laughter and smiles. Guests may also take walks about the property, see the alpacas, or take a stroll down the country road. Experiences are available (see experiences listed). As much as we like campfires and s'mores, due to the dry ground we can't risk having them. Guest access Easy access. Drive through the double gates and we will guide you where to park. Quiet neighborhood (there are only 40 acres lots near us). Park on flat area with gravel. THere is a turn around space for YOUR RV. No Trees or Covers though, although some shade in the morning. Other things to note There is no coverage for the RV or trees. It is wide open space, although some spots have shade in the morning. There are 3 sites we use, so there may be other RV's. parked. Although each site has a table and chairs, most people seem to like to set up their own. There are NO HOOK UPS or WATER. The w spaces are flat w/gravel and the other is dirt.
