A spacious townhouse set in the serene area of Parque da Floresta on the private resort Santo Antonio with views of the sea, countryside and golf course. A peaceful sanctuary situated between the bustling Lagos city and the rugged west coast surfing beaches. The beautiful Salema beach is just 5min by car where you'll find many beachfront restaurants and cafés. This is the perfect place to relax with many amenities just 2min walk from your doorstep. Suitable for all ages and tastes. The space This charming home is split over 3 levels. The living area is on the top floor and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, remote working desk and lounge with glass sliding doors leading to a balcony with breathtaking views overlooking the sea, hills and golf course. This space is filled with natural light all day, a great space for relaxing or socialising. The balcony enjoys sun for most of the day and is furnished with a sofa for relaxing, a Weber gas bbq for effortless grilling and a dining table, perfect for al-fresco dining. There is a private roof terrace with two sun loungers for enjoying sunsets and longer evenings. The two large bedrooms are on ground floor each with comfortable king-sized beds, fitted wardrobes and each have sliding doors leading to a small, private garden. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The master bedroom contains an en-suite and the second bathroom is on the middle floor. Both bathrooms enjoy the benefits of having a full suite including a bath and shower. The WiFi is high speed, fibre optic, perfect for all your needs, especially for those working remotely. The smart TV is large and offers high picture quality and includes all national channels, with the addition of Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ channels. A 2min walk from your front door you'll find two superb swimming pools (kids and adults) equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and restrooms. There's an enclosed kids play area overlooking the kids' pool which is the perfect spot for parents to relax whilst being able to keep a close eye on their little ones. During July & August there's a pool-side bar/café serving food and drinks all day long. Around the corner from the pool (3min walk from front door) is the Clubhouse restaurant and bar which is open every day serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Open all year round and reasonably priced, this is the perfect pit stop to refuel whilst watching over the golf course. Adjacent to the pool area is the gym and spa which are available for guests at an extra fee. The gym offers daily, weekly and monthly packages or you could simply pay-as-you-go with any of the exercise classes. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need, there's a studio which holds an array of drop-in classes throughout the week, including; yoga, functional training, self defence and capoeira. There's an underwater fitness class which takes place at the pool on Wednesday mornings during the warmer months. The gym class schedule is available on request and prices start from €10 per person, depending on the class. The spa offers a wide range of treatments from massages to facials and nails. Treatments can be booked at the spa reception. There's a football pitch free to use and tennis courts and equipment available for a small fee. The beautiful 18-hole golf course is one of the most affordable in the Algarve and can be reached within a 3min walk. There's also a very nice driving range and putting green, suitable for all ages. For further convenience there's a supermarket and fuel station just a 3min drive away.
