Villa Baraka is a Family house! We will be so happy to welcome you for a family holidays! Multiple generations can meet and spend wonderful time in our place, with différents ambiances for différents moods and spacious living areas to meet and enjoy. Secure pool area for the children! We like to provide you the best for your family, so you can spend unforgettable time in our place! The space Villa Baraka has a total of 245 m2, 120m of living area in its ground floor! A fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, home cinéma Klipsch, and a pool table. You’ll also enjoy the outdoor covered terrace with patio furnitures, hammocks and sun beds. The garden with many precious essences as Ylang-Ylang, Hibiscus or Frangipane and the sound of night life will enhance your feelings of the real tropical experience. Master bedroom on the first floor with its beautiful attached bathroom and a spacious covered terrace. On the second floor, one en-suite bedroom and three more bedrooms with a separate full bathroom. To continue with a total tropical experience, you will enjoy the outdoor shower just under a coconut tree, in all privacy and hot water! Guest access The whole house is reserved for the guest, except a separate studio with separate entrance and garden that the owner keeps for their own use. We won’t be staying there but we like to store personal items and stuff and use the studio washing machine if needed as we’re living on our sailing boat in Marin during your stay. Other things to note Maximum capacity 13 persons, max 10 adults with children 13 persons. Extra bed available in the Villa for 3 children extras. Possibility to book the separate Studio at the same time than the Villa for bigger group, 2 adults and one child more! Ask the owner! Gardener is coming every two weeks on Wednesday! Swimming Pool specialist is coming every week on Thursday!
