A 10-15 minute walk will take you to authorized swimming areas, and you can enjoy long walks or bike rides to discover other sites. The house has been designed to offer comfort and conviviality both inside and out. The space 🏡 The Bordelan house was renovated in 2023 and has been designed as a true family home, ideal for sharing convivial moments. Inside, you'll find a large table seating up to 12 people, perfect for your group meals, as well as a warm living room enhanced by a wood-burning stove. Outside, the terrace and garden invite you to enjoy the warm weather, around a barbecue or a game of pétanque, for unforgettable evenings. 🛏️ On the night side - 3 bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with en-suite shower room. - Each bedroom can be configured to suit your needs: either with a large double bed, or with two single beds. - A common area upstairs also features a sofa bed for 2 people. - In the living room, a convertible sofa offers 2 additional beds if required. 🛒 Nearby amenities Lidl supermarkets (with fast-charging station for electric vehicles) and Intermarché are less than 5 km away, convenient for your shopping on arrival. 🔥 In winter Enjoy the fireplace for a cosy atmosphere. A small contribution of €10 is required for the wooden crate, already ready for use.
