Artsy modern guest suite in new green-built home in East-West Asheville convenient to everything. The space A stone stairway will lead you from your dedicated parking spot to the private entrance with digital keypad for entry. Inside you will find high ceilings, fun art and textiles, several windows looking out on the oak-lined back yard and a refrigerator stocked with a sampling of local beer. Other amenities include: TV with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube TV (live sports, local and live tv) WiFi Walk-in shower with tiled floor and all-glass door. Coffee/tea/water/surprise baked good :) Private bedroom with queen size bed. A 5 ft wide sofa in the separate living area a (less-than-5ft-tall) child could sleep on. Bluetooth speaker. Table and Chairs. Ceiling fan/light combo with remote in master bedroom. Small covered outdoor area. Not suitable for parties. Other things to note The suite is private however, my wife and I live upstairs. You may hear us coming and going, our TV, music or dishwasher. We try to keep everything at an acceptable level and request that you do the same. Safe Space/All are Welcome ATTENTION GUESTS BOOKING AFTER JULY 10th 2021: We will be welcoming home our first child. We will do everything we can to mitigate the noise our child may make(sticking mostly to the top floor of the house as much as possible, etc...) but if the occasional cries of an infant is something you think might ruin your stay with us, check back in with us an a few years when we will undoubtedly have a very quiet and well-behaved toddler. 🤞
