A cheery 700 sq ft suburban daylight basement with street parking that’s optimized for 1-2 people offers a separate office with desk, lamp, chair & high-speed wifi. No cooking allowed though close to many great restaurants (or use food delivery). Micro, Keurig & hot water kettle provided. Air Fryer upon request. We live upstairs so you’ll hear quiet footsteps & voices. Day trips nearby abound- see our guides here. Due to allergies unable to accept pets. NO smoking or vaping on our property 🚭 The space Living space feels entirely separate from the rest of the house, but please note that there is no kitchen & space is not set up for cooking. There are many places nearby for eating out or getting take-out. Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods are provided. Laundry room (pods & dryer sheets provided) and wi-fi available to guests. Mini-split allows you to personalize heating and cooling to your liking. On sunny days enjoy your personal covered patio & a jaunt around the neighborhood or to nearby park. On cloudy days visit local coffee shops, museums & wine bars or breweries. We wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with a bleach solution & air out the space between guests. Guest access Guest have access to the covered patio right outside the French doors. Other things to note By booking our space you are agreeing to the following: *No smoking or vaping on the property- indoors or outdoors *No cooking (includes bringing your electric skillet, etc.) *No candles, incense, strong perfumes/air fresheners *No hair dye used during your stay *No guests without prior approval You will be billed for any damage & extra cleaning time ($75/hr). Late check-outs without prior approval will be billed at $25/hr Please use dark towels/washcloths for dirty jobs like removing makeup & paper towels for wiping up spills. By booking our space you are agreeing to follow our no pet policy. If you arrive with a pet you will be turned away and following Airbnb’s policy, forfeit any refund.
