Overview ◎ Premium villa for large families or group of friends on Miyako Island. ★ There are 2 floors ☆ For going up to the 2nd floor, guests need to use the stairs. ◎ Air conditioner available 2. Listing information ◎ 4 bedrooms, 6 tatami rooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. ★ 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 5 tatami rooms, a living room, a dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom. ☆ The 2 bedrooms on this floor each features 2 single beds ☆ Each tatami room can be accommodated with 4 futon beds (set up on request only) ☆ Living room features 4 big sofa, 2 chairs and a big TV ☆ Big dining table comes with 6 table chairs ☆ Kitchen equipped with basic kitchenware and basic tableware ☆ Laundry room with washing machine ★ 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 tatami rooms, and a bathroom. ☆ Each bedroom has 2 single beds ☆ Each tatami room can be accommodated with 4 futon beds (set up on request only) 3. Use of the BBQ & bicycle rentals are available for an additional fee. A separate application is required in advance. - There is a BBQ paid rental set where you can enjoy BBQ. However, it is a paid option, and if there are not enough, we may not be able to respond to your request. Guest access ❥ You have access to the whole house. You don't have to share the space with other visitors ❥ Free parking lot available. ❥ Please check the number of guests before completing your reservation and 24 hours before your check-in time (15:00 pm. of the day before your check-in date). We will charge you 2400 yen per person x number of guest + 50,000 yen for changing the number of people. Towels and bedding (Bed linens) are prepared based on the number of guests only. ❥ Local staffs are available to assist with your check-in between 3pm and 9pm. This villa is managed under the permission of Japanese government. It is an accommodation run officially. According to Japanese law, I need to ask all of my guests to submit every guest passport photo on Airbnb inbox in advance. 5. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM. Please take care not to disturb the neighbours. Please don't make loud noises, no partying or any other type of loud behaviour. 6. Our cleaning staff will take care of your garbage after you check out. So please DO NOT take out any of your garbage outside the villa, and DO NOT leave them on the balcony. Please tie up all your garbage for easy disposal. Long-stay guests who wish to remove the garbage from the villa can message us and we will help you with garbage disposal. If the trash is full, please inform us only. 7. Keep help keep the villa clean. If you want to throw away large items such as old suitcases, please inform us first since it is not free of charge. 8. BBQ set and bicycle rentals are available for an additional fee. A separate application is required in advance. However, it is a paid option, and if there are not enough, we may not be able to respond to your request. 9. No smoking inside the villa. If our cleaning staff can notice there is cigarette smell inside the house, guest might get extra charge for clean the house and remove the smell from the house. 10. If the property in the room are lost or damaged, as well as soiled bed sheets and beds, compensation shall be made according to the price. 11. Everything in the room can only be used here and cannot be taken away. 12. Turn EVERYTHING off when leaving the house and lock the door. 13. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, etc as there is in hotels. 14. Pets are not allowed. 15. Please do not visit the neighbouring villas or houses. Please have consideration towards the villa and the neighbours as if they were your own. 16. If you extend your reservation on the day of your check-out, you will have to pay the cleaning cancellation fee because our cleaners may already be on their way to the villa.
