The Citrus Grove offers modern, private accomodation close to many great wineries and bike trails. Located in Clive, a small town with a few amenities including the local pub, Four Square, Chemist, laundromat and a couple of eateries. Very central, only 10-15mins away from the main centres of Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. The space Our tiny home consists of one bedroom with a queen bed. Kitchen with full cooking facilities and fridge/freezer. Breakfast bar for dining. Lounge area has television, heatpump (aircon unit), a sofa bed which folds down to a small double bed. Bathroom has toilet, hand basin and shower. The deck has small table and chairs for outdoor dining and a small front lawn that guests have full use of. There is off road parking in front of the Tiny Home for guests to use. Guest access We have set the Tiny Home up with a deck, front lawn and parking area designated just for guest use. Other things to note Our Tiny Home is located on the same property as our own Home, however both have clearly defined private spaces.
