Owner-managed and meticulously cleaned, the condo delivers a true home-away-from-home experience with exceptional attention to detail. Ideally situated on the desirable north end of Myrtle Beach in the prestigious Golden Mile, surrounded by stunning luxury condos and multi-million-dollar homes. The space The condo features a convenient keyless entry system, so there’s no need to wait in line at the front desk. Simply walk past the desk to the elevators and head straight to your room. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, full-size microwave, and full-size sink. It also includes a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, sugar, creamer, dishes, storage bowls, and utensils. Important Information Please note: the condo does not have an oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes a rain shower but no bathtub. We provide bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bed linens, and blankets. You’ll also find ample toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and hand soap, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, makeup wipes, and a few additional essentials you may have forgotten. For your convenience, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. Storage includes a small wardrobe for hanging clothes and a dresser for additional items. We also supply: • Beach chairs • Beach towels • A bag cooler We ask guests to treat the condo with care and leave it as they found it. Cleaning supplies, cloths, dish detergent, and a drying rack are located under the kitchen sink for any quick cleanups. Guest access For your security and convenience, the condo uses keyless entry with a unique code that is reset after every guest’s departure. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION • The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation. • Maximum occupancy is two (2) adults. No unregistered guests are permitted in the condo at any time without prior host approval for a visitor. • Daily housekeeping is not included, but if you need anything during your stay, just let me know. • Self check-in is available via keypad. • Check-in: 4:00 PM or later • Check-out: 11:00 AM Smoking & Pets • This is a non-smoking rental—no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere in the building. • No pets are allowed. Suitability • The condo is not child-proof and is not suitable for small children, as it has a shower only (no bathtub). Resort Rules • The resort does not allow motorcycles, trikes, RVs, trailers, or mopeds on the property. Amenities • The indoor pool and spas are located on the 2nd floor. They are oceanfront with balconies, allowing you to enjoy the views and fresh air. ⸻ VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE Unit 2441 is privately owned and operated and is not part of the Sand Dunes Rental Program. As a result, guests staying in this unit do not have access to the Water Park or the Family Fun Zone, as these are privately owned amenities. If those features are important to you, please book through Sand Dunes directly. Guests do have access to the outdoor pool with lazy river, indoor pool, hot tubs, game room, restaurants and several other amenities shown in the photos. ⸻ If there’s any chance your travel plans could be interrupted, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
