The space We purchased, furnished, and optimized this home specifically to be a short term rental. We offer many key amenities including: a large kitchen, spacious great room, high speed wifi, 4K smart TV. We highly value our guests' experiences and take feedback very seriously and have improved our home over time based on what our guests have told us. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3-story home, private rooftop deck, and private 3-SUV free parking pad behind the home. Other things to note Our "row" home was originally built over 100 years ago. We have updated almost everything, however, the structure and layout have NOT changed. So, our home has LOTS of stairs which may be difficult for many people. Please be careful and use the handrails located on both sides of the stairs. Additionally, if you have an extra-long or extra-wide vehicle, you might have difficultly accessing the private parking pad behind the home because it is off of a tight street that is fully used most evenings. In addition to the parking pad, there is paid parking nearby which you can use if you have a XL vehicle.
