Regional Conditions, Building and Facilities: This is a building from 1948, located in the neighborhood of Little Havana therefore, its construction is characteristic of that Cuban city by the 40's. Don't be surprised to see roosters, hens and chicks roaming free throughout the neighborhood; including those very beneficial species for the ecosystem of the area such as opossums, iguanas, lizards, geckos and many more typical and protected species of Florida. You will be able to enjoy an exceptional climate but full of inconveniences unknown to foreigners, and even worse during the hurricane season that begins on June 1 and ends on November 30 of each year.
