Other things to note Dogs must be well-behaved and quiet (we want to keep our neighbors happy!). While the front and back yards are exclusively for you, please do not allow dogs off-leash in the yard. We understand that your pet is like a family member and is probably most comfortable hanging out with you on the couch or bed- please use the provided pet friendly blankets prior to your dog being on the couch or bed. **When requesting to book with a pet please note that there is an additional fee** Please note that there is an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the backyard, and a tenant currently resides there. We kindly request that you respect their privacy and refrain from disturbing them during your stay. Additionally, the deck attached to the ADU is designated for the tenant's use only, and we kindly ask that you do not utilize it.
