Ski-In Ski-Out (when snow permits) from our 2 bedroom home away from home at 7 Springs. Located in the Stonegate area of the Villages. Ski in/out from Boomerang Trail (Green, when open), Village Trail (Green, when open) or Goosebumps (Double Black, when open). Store your gear in our heated garage. Need to work from the slopes? No problem with our 550 Mbps connection. - Main Areas - Open concept cozy family-friendly condo with gas fireplace, featuring a 50" Sony smart tv and fast WiFi (550 Mbps) so you can stream any show or work from the mountain. Sofa bed in open area with linens stored in the secondary bedroom closet. Several family friendly games and puzzles are available for your use. Large dining table comfortably seats 6. Kitchen is stocked to cook meals, with spices, cooking oil and more. Drip coffee maker with coffee, sugar, tea and hot chocolate. High chair stored in secondary bedroom closet. - Sleeping Areas - Primary Bedroom has a king bed with 43" Sony smart tv and adjoining bathroom. Secondary bedroom has 1 one queen bed and one twin/single bed. Both bedrooms have closets and dressers for storage. Pack and Play is stored in secondary bedroom closet. - Remote Working - Work from the slopes with a desk in the primary bedroom and very fast WiFi at 550 Mbps speed test (see image). - Parking - Park one car in front of the garage so you can access the garage for ski/snowboard storage. Additional parking is available in unmarked spaces in the parking lot. No parking pass is necessary. - Ski/Snowboard Storage - Access to the heated garage is included. Please store your ski/snowboard gear including poles and boots in the garage. Please do not bring gear into the condo. - Patio - 4 Adirondack chairs are on the patio. In warmer seasons cushions and two small side tables are located within the condo. Please bring the cushions and small tables back inside before you leave as they may blow away if there's a heavy storm. - Resort Shuttle - Take the shuttle from stop 19 to and from the resort (just up the stairs from the unmarked parking spaces). Shuttle runs the following hours (until March 19th) Fridays: 6pm to 2am Saturdays: 8am to 2am Sundays: 8am to 6pm Outside of those hours you can request shuttle service on call (details in manual). To return from the resort, stand at the stop labeled "The Villages" and depart from stop 19 between Stonegate & Stoneridge. - Seasonal Community Amenities (Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis & Basketball Courts, Playground & Community Grills) - There is a community pool and hot tub for homeowners and their guests in the Sunridge area, less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. The pool and hot tub are open seasonally Memorial Day through Labor Day from 9am to 9pm daily. A pool pass and pool towels will be left for summer guests. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty - please obey all rules and ensure children are supervised. Our HOA charges a $100 fee if the pool pass needs to be replaced. There is also a basketball court, tennis courts (with pickleball net) and a children's play area. The community area also features charcoal grills for guests. - Accessibility - Access to the condo requires the ability to go up and down one set of stairs. Once in the unit everything is on one floor. We also continue to add/upgrade the condo and hope you'll return in the future to enjoy our continued improvements. We are very open to feedback on what the condo could use to better serve our guests. Check-in/out using keypad on door. Our condo is located in ‘The Villages’ at Seven Springs resort. Ski in/Ski Out from Boomerang Trail or Village Trail (when open). Enjoy free shuttle access to and from the lodge. Take the free resort shuttle from stop 19 to and from the lodge. The shuttle stop is in between the Stoneridge and Stonegate communities, just up the stairs behind the parking area. Shuttle is on-call when the ski slopes are not open (more details in house manual). Reminder that we share walls with others, please respect quiet hours from 11PM - 7AM.
