It is a separate AirBNB listing so please inquire about availability. This space will not be rented by a different group during your stay. The home and property will be exclusively available to your group. • Also have Bob stroller, push car, water table, and other outside play toys available for guests traveling with children. • Absolutely **NO PARTIES** as this is our personal home. Small birthday gatherings and reunions with less than 20 are ok. • If you’d like to utilize the space for a wedding or event, please message us details for approval. -LAKE TRAVIS ACCESS: There is a public boat launch and parking lot 10 minutes from our home at Pace Bend State Park. If you don't need the boat launch, you can access the lake as well from Pace Bend State Park at several points for swimming and hiking. There are many trails available. Other State Parks Close By: -Muleshoe Bend (Public Boat Access, Camping, Hiking and Swimming Available) - 20 minute drive -Pedernales Falls State Park - (Camping, Hiking, and Swimming in Pedernales River Available) - 30 minute drive - Longhorn Caverns State Park - 45 mins (call for tour info) Other activities nearby: Tubing, Zip lining, Breweries/Wineries, Caverns, Arcades, Go Karts, Mini Golf, Kayaking/Paddleboarding Rentals, Science Museums, Indoor Adventure Center, Boat Rentals, Lake Travis Obstacle course, Day passes to local resorts etc. Guest access You will have the entire main house to yourself, aside from 2 large personal closets in the home. We have an on-site, attached 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom in law that is a separate AirBNB listing. It will not be booked for your stay so please inquire as to availability if your party needs extra space . Other things to note This is our personal home that we have poured a lot of love, heart, and investments into over the past few years since purchasing the farm in 2020. Please treat it with love and respect. With that being said, no party groups please.
