Enjoy with your family our charming period house located in the heart of the city of Neufchâtel en Bray, freshly renovated to modern tastes. The accommodation is non-smoking. You can park around the house for free. You are located in the heart of the city, close to all shops and restaurants on foot. You can discover the local market with its cheese hall (located on Place du 11 Novembre) you will find locally made Neufchâtel cheese under the AOP designation. The space Completely renovated 160 m2 cottage, 3 bedrooms with TV, roller shutter on all bedroom windows, new bedding. The living room has 2 leather sofas and a children's play area. Bathroom with shower and 2 toilets. A fully equipped room to make nice meals with family or friends. Fully equipped kitchen with the following items: filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher (pod provided), stove and fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Towels are at your disposal. Beds are made upon arrival. Baby equipment is available on request: folding bed, bathtub, child barrier for the stairs, high chair are also at your disposal. House cleaning: beds must be stripped and dirty laundry gathered, the cleaning of the accommodation done in its entirety, a possibility of cleaning package can be set up on request. Guest access The accommodation is fully accessible except the cellar and attic which will remain private.
